Our blonde d'aquitaine beef is University of Tennessee certified and is processed to order to make it as fresh on delivery as possible. The below list is the typical cut list for our 1/4 Cow selection. Custom Ordering is avalaible through a submitted cut sheet. Half of the beef cost plus processing (butchering) fee is taken up front through the webiste, when beef is ready an additional invoice will be sent for the remaining balance of the order.
 
Order is based on 150lbs hang weight
Bulk orders are based on the hanging weight @$5.75, ex. 150lbs hang weight x $5.75= $862.5
$862.5 + 120 processsing fee 
1/2 of example cost is paid up front and reamining balance is billed after
Eample $551.25(1/2 of example hang weight + processing) is paid as a nonrefundable deposit, after processing and ready for pick up an invoice for remaining balance ( $5.75x 1/2 of hang weight, ex. $5.75x 75lbs = 431.25 remaining balance)  
Remember final cost are based on the actual hanging weight of the beef, not the example given
1/4 (quarter) includes 
2 each PKG chuck, stew, sirloin tip roast, shanks, short ribs.
4 PKG Ribeyes, 3 PKG sirloin, 3 PKG NY strips and 2 pkg filet.
A brisket, and a flank roast 
Ground beef approximately 50lbs (50 one lb packs)
Ground sirloin 5lbs (5 one lb packs)
