Our blonde d'aquitaine beef is University of Tennessee certified and is processed to order to make it as fresh on pick up or delivery as possible. The below list is the typical cut list for our Full Cow selection. Custom Ordering is avalaible through a submitted cut sheet (see custom order). Half of the order plus processing (butchering) fee is due up front as deposit through the webiste, when beef is ready an additional invoice will be sent for the remaining balance of the order.

- 8 flank roast Ground beef approximately 100lb (100 one lb packs)
- Ground sirloin 25lbs( 25 one lb packs)
